1. Request the sell only service form:

2. Verify Identity

A certified copy of your photographic identification is required, or a certified copy of a passport and original certified copy of a utilities bill to verify your name, current address and signature. Please click here for information on who can certify documents.

3. Post the completed sell only form and certified copies of your identification to:
